The service
MemoryNote records audio and turns it into transcripts, summaries and other notes. You need to be old enough to use it under the Privacy Policy, and you may hold one account.
Plans and quotas
- Free: 300 minutes to start, 30 minutes per recording, files up to 20 MB.
- Pro: 30 hours a month, 4 hours per recording, files up to 200 MB.
- Max: 80 hours a month, 12 hours per recording, files up to 500 MB.
- Monthly quota renews on your billing date and does not roll over.
- Top-ups last 12 months and are used after the monthly quota.
- Cancel any time in the App Store or Google Play; your plan stays active until the period ends.
- Free recordings are kept 30 days, paid plans 1 year; transcripts and summaries stay while your account is active.
- QRIS payments (Indonesia only) are prepaid plans and do not renew automatically.
Subscriptions and trials
App Store and Google Play subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the store. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the store. The 7-day trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Your content
Your recordings and notes belong to you. You give us a limited license to process them only to provide the service.
What you may not do
- Record people without permission where the law requires it.
- Upload illegal content.
- Abuse quotas or create multiple accounts to get more free minutes.
- Reverse engineer the app or service.
AI output
Transcripts and summaries can contain mistakes. Check them before using them for legal, medical or financial decisions.
Changes and availability
We may change features and prices. We give 30 days' notice before a price increase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Consumer protections that apply where you live still apply. Purchases on iOS are also covered by Apple's standard end user license agreement.
