Recording stops in the background on Android
Some phone makers stop apps to save battery. Allow MemoryNote to run in the background: open Settings, find Battery or App launch, and set MemoryNote to unrestricted.
No sound is recorded
Check that MemoryNote has microphone permission in your phone settings, and that no other app is using the microphone.
A minute shows as not uploaded
It is saved on your phone and uploads automatically when you are back online. Keep the app installed until it syncs.
