Who we are
MemoryNote is published by AGIA (PT Artifisial Generatif Indonesia). Contact us about privacy at privacy@memorynote.app.
What we collect

- Device: model, operating system, a device identifier used to prevent abuse of the free quota, and crash logs.
- Payments: subscription status from the App Store, Google Play or RevenueCat, and the transaction ID for QRIS. We never store card details.
- Usage analytics: product events, never the content of your recordings.
- Country, from your store account or IP address, to show local prices and payment options.
How we use it
To run the service, transcribe and summarize your recordings, bill you, keep accounts secure and answer support requests.
Your content is not used to train AI models, by us or by the AI providers we use.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, AI), Google (Gemini), OpenAI (infographics), Groq (backup transcription), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Expo (notifications), Sentry (crash reports), PostHog (analytics) and our QRIS payment provider. International transfers use standard contractual clauses.
